Tucked away on the waterfront between Moffat and Dicky Beach, it takes a few seconds to stroll down the garden stairs and onto the beautiful beach. The Tooway lagoon is perfect for fishing, and those who like tranquil waters. The reef platform is fascinating to explore. Snorkeling is great in the morning before the waves pick up in the afternoon.
Only a five-minute walk to bustling local cafes, restaurants, the surf club, coastal bikeways, local supermarkets, bakeries, chemist, hairdressers, bottle shop, post office and a chance for a relaxing massage! Dicky Beach is a patrolled surf beach.
The property itself boasts a spacious and bright upstairs living room that opens out onto a sprawling veranda where you can unwind with the breaking waves out front. The rainbow lorikeets love the local flora and you will see and hear many of them at dusk. There is no better way to end the day.
Recent extensive kitchen renovations have been completed along with added Miele appliances. The well-equipped kitchen makes food preparation easy with a new induction cooktop.
The master bedroom is complete with a large modern ensuite, and families will appreciate the additional fully renovated bathroom downstairs.
A double lock-up garage is another bonus, but you wont be driving much. With the beach out front and cafes around the corner, you have everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Great location!
Great location, loved the deck, comfortable and clean. Well fenced, felt confident with our dogs here. Dog heaven just loved it.
Fabulous views
Obviously the view is fabulous and our stay was very enjoyable. The outdoor setting was nice and it was nice to have the umbrella .
I stayed at the property in August this year for my wedding anniversary. The property is a quintessential Caloundra beach house but much more given its beachfront location, amazing views and location to shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has a relaxing, casual feel with everything you need to enjoy a beach holiday, especially a large deck for relaxing and taking in the ocean views, sun and sea air. The property is well suited to dog/pet owners
This holiday house is like no other I’ve stayed in, Nestled into the hillside giving spectacular views of the beach with access to calm water and surf.
Perfect for those who love to run walk or cycle as the pathway in front of the house follows the headland and continues for many kilometres in either direction.
Close to restaurants and shops you’re spoilt for choice. The house provides undercover parking and plenty of room for surfboards etc to be stored securely.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and I mean every appliance you can think of.
The master bedroom has a lovely new ensuite and the lounge is surrounded by verandas giving an uninterrupted view of the ocean. I will definitely being staying here again.
We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this property on a number of occasions. The house is very well maintained and beautifully presented. With two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the large bedroom and bathroom set up downstairs, it’s the perfect house for a family vacation. The view from the back deck is simply amazing. The house has direct access to the beach and is a short stroll to the restaurants and Cafes at Moffatt Beach. Highly recommended.
I have stayed at this property with the family several times and we just can’t get enough of it. It’s right on the beach and has the most spectacular views which is where I love to sit on the deck with a glass of wine. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything you need and the house is very family friendly. They have all the mod cons as well as the comforts of home. It’s a family favourite destination for us.
The best place to stay. Comfortable. Welcoming. Everything there for the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Many wonderful memories have been made here! So lovely to sit and enjoy the seaside. Beach is just there!
