The lounge room consists of 6 seater lounge suite, free standing fan, heater, television, DVD player and VCR player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit the family. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top and full sized fridge/freezer.

The main bedroom consists of a queen bed and a built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe, free standing fan and a single fold out bed.

The bathroom contains a vanity unit, shower over the bath and the separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a large balcony off the lounge room, and a single lock up garage. The apartment is located on the 3rd level from the road side (4th level from the carpark) and has stair access.

All new bookings made on or after 1 November 2023 will have all linen supplied but the beds will not be made.
