However, there is much more to this apartment than just the gorgeous scenery. As you pull into the garage you can unload your goods and walk directly into the apartment – no stairs to climb (the apartment is located on the road level, although if you view the property from the ocean side it is located on the 3rd level)

Enjoy a BBQ or play a game of tennis, all on the complex grounds.

Take a stroll along the boardwalk and explore the coastline, or for the keen fisherman, take a make your way down to the water’s edge and throw a line in. It is an easy walk to the Caloundra CBD for a bit of retail therapy, or cruise along the esplanade where cafes, restaurants and licensed venues are plentiful.

Note: Renovations scheduled between 8 Aug 22 and 31 Oct 22 to one apartment in the complex may cause noise for a number of days.

The lounge room consists of a large modular lounge, a stereo, television, DVD player and a balcony with fantastic water views. The dining area has a comfortable dining setting to seat 6.

The modern and stylish kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied.

The main bedroom contains a king bed, built in wardrobe, separate balcony access and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 contains a Tri- bunk(the lower bunk being a double bed) and a free standing wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and built in wardrobe.

The main bathroom consists of a vanity unit, over bath shower, and the toilet is separate.

The laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum.

There is a BBQ, ,a sparkling pool & half tennis court in the complex.

Unlimited WiFi is provided, as is secure undercover parking.

There are many local restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy. Take in a movie at the Caloundra Cinema, or just a few minutes drive away, the Caloundra RSL – newly renovated and famous for it’s entertainment and extensive menu, or support our great lifesavers by visiting the Met Caloundra Surf Club.

All new bookings made on or after 1 November 2023 will have all linen supplied but the beds will not be made.

Amazing well appointed Unit with uninterrupted view of ocean including surfers/paddle boarders/wing keel surfers/jet skis/sunsets/moon over the water. Lovely unit peaceful, quiet. Most comfortable main bed with view of ocean from bed. Great value for money. Close to many bike ways/walkways, shops, cafes, cinemas & much more. Will be definitely back. Love the carpark at ground level, so convenient. It was an easy booking process. Definitely would love to stay again! LOVE the kitchen - really makes it a nice stay. the view is AMAZING!
