Fully furnished with very comfortable lounges, TV, dining area with dining table and six chairs. The Kitchen comes well equipped with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, cooking appliances and electrical items, crockery, cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils.
Pedestal fans are included as well as screens in the lounge room and both bedrooms.
Tiled bathroom shares a space with the laundry, offering a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. The separate toilet is always appreciated.
The sliding door from the master bedroom to the patio, and the window are both security screened.
The second bedroom is also security screened and both bedrooms have built-in robes – great for unpacking the suitcases.
