The lounge room has two 2 seater couches, a television, DVD player, heater and ceiling fan. The dining room contains a dining setting to suit 8. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top, fridge and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom comprises a queen bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and an ensuite which has a vanity unit, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan, while bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
The separate bathroom consists of a vanity unit, toilet and shower, while the laundry houses a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A balcony off the lounge room, a single lock up garage, on-street parking and an inground pool complete the package. The apartment is located on the second level.
