Parks, the boardwalk and BBQs are all just minutes away. If you prefer to take a dip without the waves, there is also a sparkling pool which overlooks the ocean available at the Edgecliffe complex.
Recently refurbished to incorporate tasteful artworks as well as new kitchen equipment, beds and bedding. Both bedrooms have ocean views.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. You will also find other essentials such as a family-sized washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Secure basement parking can accommodate an average size vehicle. Due to the age of the building it is not suitable for high top or long wheel base vehicles as it has a maximum headroom of 1.8 metres and the driveway is steep. Take the lift from the underground car park or ground entrance to your apartment.
The lounge and master bedroom have ceiling fans and the second bedroom has a portable fan.

Bedroom 2:- Double Bunks + Trundle (sleeps 3)
All new bookings made on or after 1 November 2023 will have all linen supplied but the beds will not be made.

Fantastic accommodation, wonderful location, clean and up to date unit. Views to die for. Most important thing for us, was the main bedroom had a gorgeous view of the water, a must have when you live out in the country. Fantastic accommodation in the perfect location
Views, Views, Views!!!
Just spent 10 days in this beautiful piece of paradise! We were blown away with the most amazing views and to wake up to the peaceful sounds of the ocean was wonderful. The location was so central so we just walked everywhere and soaked up the beauty of Kings Beach and its surrounds. Extremely comfortable bed too which was nice. Can't wait to come back!!
