Cosy and comfortable apartment that our family enjoyed immensely. Central to everything and most importantly, it is a really quiet building.

We stayed at Cheltenham Apartments Unit 7, a few minutes walk from Kings Beach. Couldn't have been happier! Holiday Caloundra are great to book through. Their website is easy to navigate, they have a great range of properties right near the beach and they are very professional. Also their prices are direct so no middle man, they always cost less than other booking companies.
Perfect for a great beach holiday. Has everything you need and is in a great location with easy walking access to beach, restaurants, cafes, park areas and activities. Property pool fantastic too and building quiet with limited units and designated access points.
A great place to stay, very quiet, well appointed, close to beach, cafes and public transport. You’d be hard please if you don’t enjoy your stay here
We booked one week accommodation through Holiday Caloundra in August 2022. Our accommodation was at Cheltenham Apartment 7 at Kings Beach and we were delighted with our choice. The apartment was very secure with easy access and included 2 bedrooms, spacious lounge room, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and a balcony that got both morning and afternoon sun. It included a washing machine and dryer and lockup garage for one car and a swimming pool although we did not use the pool.
The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and the furnishing were very nice and comfortable as was the bedding with fresh clean sheets and bedspread.
Location was excellent just behind Kings Beach Tavern. It was 5 minute walk to Kings Beach, the Beachfront Salt Water Pool and the Water Fountain And Playground park. It was a 20 to 30 minute pleasant walk along the boardwalk to the city centre.
We have rebooked this apartment and looking forward to holidaying there again in 2023.
We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Holiday Caloundra to family and friends.
