Located on the second level of the complex with easy stair access, the apartment features a well appointed kitchen with all the modern conveniences for you. The combined lounge and dining rooms open onto the ocean facing balcony where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves and a glimpse of the ocean.
The main bedroom is stylishly furnished with a very comfortable Queen bed, with the second bedroom having 2 king single beds. The modern décor of the bathroom is very refreshing. This unit has been decorated so you can enjoy all the comforts of home and holiday.
With Kings Beach being only a short stroll in one direction, with local shops, restaurants, cafes and the centre of Caloundra in the opposite direction, you can park your car and walk everywhere.

We received a warm and friendly welcome when collecting the key. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a balcony to enjoy the view. Loved listening to the waves and it was close to the beach. We enjoyed an enjoying and relaxing holiday
