Persia - Opulence, Saffron, nuts, fruits and jewelled rice. Back to basics cooking here using a simple spice called Baharat. Blending and grinding your own blend, you will then weave this spice through some dishes that you will create in the morning. Persian food is quick and easy to make, is fresh and very aromatic. Cooking in pairs, five to six beautiful dishes will be created throughout the morning (100 per cent hands on cooking), including making a spice blend, before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labour over lunch.
