The 2nd floor home is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, CD/DVD player and a generous sized TV. It features polished concrete floors, making it ideal for people with carpet allergies and easy to clean after the kids return from the beach. A single lock up garage is available to secure your car and surf boards.

Pet Welcome: Conditions apply so please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we become aware of a dog or pet staying without prior approval your bond will be withheld by the owner (see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)

However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.

No parties, smoking or excessive noise are allowed at this property.
