The property boasts a fully contained kitchen where you can create all meals or prepare culinary delights to cook on the BBQ. The kitchen comes complete with the microwave, dishwasher, full oven and cooktop, fridge/freezer and all every day items.
The bathroom has a full bath and shower separate to the toilet.
Located close to the Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium and Kawana Lake – all the action and major sporting events are only minutes away. Fruit and meat markets are just a short walk around the corner, while Kawana Shopping World is located at the end of the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this great beach location. The house has all that you need, great kitchen, all very comfortable and is centered on the bushland, dunes and the ocean with glass doors facing this direction at the back of the house and the open plan living. The ocean can be heard and the breezes felt from every part of the house.
The house's location makes this place a gem. We are a country, single income family and it was wonderful to be able to afford to stay in a home in a quiet area near the beach. We will definitely be recommending this home to our family and friends.
