Bedroom 1  is ensuited and includes a Queen bed, the 2nd is a Queen Bed and the 3rd is 2 single beds.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. 

Fully furnished including a  full laundry.(No Garage accom only off street parking.) 

Pet welcome: Outside dog, Please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog.  If we are unaware of a dog staying your bond will be withheld.   ( see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions))
