This comfortable and spacious unit set high up on the hill above the waters of Happy Valley, has everything you need to make this a memorable holiday. With STUNNING views of Bribie Island and out over to Moreton Island, no one could blame you if you just wanted to sit back on the balcony and take it all in without going anywhere.
However, there is alot more to this location than just the gorgeous scenery. Have a BBQ and play a game of tennis, all on the complex grounds. Why not take a stroll along the boardwalk and explore the coastline, or for the keen fisherman, throw a line over. Take a walk to the Caloundra CBD for a bit of retail therapy with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from.
There are also many restaurants and cafes for you to enjoy here along the main street. Take in a movie at the Caloundra Cinema, or just a few minutes drive away, the Caloundra RSL, newly renovated and famous for it's entertainment and extensive menu. No need to look any further, this place has it all!
The lounge room consists of 6 seater lounge suite, free standing fan, heater, television, DVD player and VCR player. The dining room has a dining setting to suit the family. The kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top and full sizefridge/freezer.
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed and a built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe, free standing fan and a single fold out bed.
The bathroom contains a vanity unit, shower over bath and the toilet is adjacent. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is a large balcony off the lounge room, a single lock up garage, the unit is situated on the 3rd level from the road side (4th level from the carpark), there is a pool, BBQ and half tennis court in complex.
Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit.
NOTE - We have been advised that the owners of U9 Monterey Lodge are renovating their unit and some noise will be expected until the end of September. A note will be put under door for advance warning of noisy days.
Beginning Monday August 30 (weather and covid permitting) work will commence on resealing the roof of Monterey Lodge at 27 Warne Terrace Kings Beach, Caloundra.
Disruption to unit occupiers will be kept to a minimum although increased noise levels can be expected in the early stages.
A skip will be placed on the ground floor outside Unit 1 and a chute will run down from the roof to aid removal of the old surface.
The chute will partially obscure the view from the angled windows of units 5, 9, 13 and 17.
Weather permitting, the job is expected to take four weeks.
LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.
