Bedroom 1 consists of a queen bed, television and wardrobe, the ensuite has a shower and vanity unit, bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds and a wardrobe, bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds and a chest of draws, and bedroom 4 which is downstairs consists of a queen bed and wardrobe. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom downstairs consists of a bath, shower and vanity, with separate toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a balcony upstairs with an oudoor setting and 2 sun lounges. There is a double lock up garage. The yard consists of an inground pool, BBQ and outdoor entertainment setting. The house is airconditioned.
