The panorama from the kitchen, lounge and front balcony sweeps from the CBD to the north, eastwards across the Caloundra Bar to the shipping lanes and southwards down the Pumicestone Passage, offering constantly changing views of water activity.
The lounge is furnished for relaxation with comfortable chairs, LCD 42in TV,VCR, radio/CD player and heater, plus a small selection of paperbacks and board games.
