With stunning views of Kings Beach and all the way round to Golden Beach, you will find it difficult to drag yourself away from the balcony! However, there is much to see and do in and around this area. Walk across the road and have a BBQ, then take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk through Kings Beach, Happy Valley and all the way to Bulcock Beach if your keen! Walk to Kings Beach Surf Club and have a drink overlooking the ocean, there is also Kings Beach Tavern, a thai and seafood restaurant in this vicinity which are 5 star quality. Take the kids to Happy Valley where they can entertain themselves for hours on end on the extensive play equipment and ofcourse, who could forget the beach where you can soak up the rays and just laze on the sand all day. If you are keen for some retail therapy, just a 2 minute drive away is the Caloundra CBD where you can shop to your hearts content with a number of shops and boutiques to choose from, there are also many cafes along the main street when a coffee break is needed! This place has it all, from the location, to the great shops and restaurants, to the quality accomodation.

The lounge room consists of one 3 seater couch, one 2 seater couch/sofa bed, 2 single couches, a ceiling fan, a small table and 4 chairs and a stereo. The dining room has a dining setting to suit 6. The kitchen contains a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cook top. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, ceiling fan, television, built in wardrobe and ensuite. The ensuite has a vanity unit, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 consists of a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom contains a vanity unit, shower over bath and a toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, pedestal fan and clothes airer. There is a balcony off the lounge/kitchen area, a double lock up garage, the unit is accessed by a lift, is situated on level 2, and there is a pool in the complex.

Please be advised that there is no smoking permitted in the unit, and whilst pillows and blankets are supplied, you will need to bring your own towels and linen.
